CANCELLATION WINDOW You may cancel your order at any time before the delivery of your order. Once the delivery is completed, cancellations will not be accepted.
REFUND PROCESS
If payment has been made and your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days of cancellation confirmation.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Note that bank/payment provider processing times may cause additional delays.
